2. Services Provided.
Taurum-Developers provides professional IT Consultants Services which include, but aren’t limited to, Software Development, Network Security, System Administration, Technology Solutions consulting. Every service request or project is customized to the specific needs of the client, which should be confirmed in a separate written agreement covering project deliverables, timelines, and agreed fees for the project.
3. Project Process.
Once the project is accepted, we will conduct an initial consultation to discuss the client’s needs.
Create a made to order service plan that has the necessary steps and timeline and cost involved
Maintain regular communication with the client, providing steady updates and ensuring they are kept informed at all times.
The two parties are to comply with the timelines and deliverables provided in the first agreement which may not allow for changes unless agreed upon by both parties.
Charge and Terms of Payment.
The amount we will charge depends on the size, complexity, and time estimate of the project. As per the terms of the agreement, we will raise invoices and payment will become due upon receipt unless otherwise indicated. In situations where payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to: Suspend all services until payment in full is made.
If payments are overdue by more than 14 days, charge a late fee.
Stop the deal if payment issues continue and we do not agree.
The clients will pay any extra cost, tax, or transaction charge that payment providers impose.
5. Client Responsibilities.
Customers are to give valid information for smooth service experience.
Reply to requests for feedback or more information quickly.
Follow the dates and payment terms mentioned in the service agreement.
Keeping stuff private and safe.
Ensuring client confidentiality is an integral part of our business practices. All details about the client shared with us will remain secret. We will keep the data safe. Encryption and other secure data storage practices will be our way. No sensitive information will be shared with third parties unless it is required by law.
The client has written permission.
Needed to complete a specific project under the conditions agreed upon with client.

Intellectual Property Protection
All IP created by Taurum-Developers during the project will be transferred to the client upon full payment of the unless stated otherwise. This can include code, designs or anything the client's project is based on. We are free to incorporate generic and non-confidential components/ framework/ coding styles in other projects, provided there is no breach of client confidentiality.
Warranties and disclaimers.
I will provide the services with reasonable skill and care. We can't guarantee specific outcomes due to the nature of IT consulting. Seeing that:
Any referrals are given in accordance with best practice and present conditions of the industry.
You can choose whether or not to implement the services or strategy and we will not be responsible in case the client chooses to do so.
We will only be liable to the client for the amount that the client has paid in respect of that project or advice.
Liability is Limited.
As much as permitted by law, Taurum-Developers shall have no liability to you for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Clients agree to not make us liable for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from decisions they make based on our recommendations.
Refunds and termination of contract
Client can cancel project anytime, with written notice to their design team. Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy. The work completed before the cancellation date is still taken into account.
We may terminate our services if: Client breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Repeated requests not met with obligation payment.
The client does anything that could damage our business, reputation, and/or violates any law.
Changes and Changes
These Terms and Conditions may be updated by us from time to time. Clients will be advised of major modifications, and the newest edition will be on the firm’s website. If you continue to use our service, you accept the new terms.
Government law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of England. Any disagreements related to these terms will be resolved in the courts located in London, United Kingdom.
13. Indemnification.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Taurum-Developers harmless against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of a Client’s use of our Services, contrary to these Terms and Conditions, infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
14. Entire Agreement.
These Terms and Conditions and related project-specific agreements represent the entire agreement between Taurum-Developers and the client. No oral or written statements made outside of this agreement will be binding.
