Refund and Cancellation Terms.

1. Refund Policy.
Refund Eligibility General
You may get a refund under the following conditions: 14 days of payment date must request refund.
Refunds shall be considered in the event that 50% of the service or course was not completed.
Refunds for Online Courses
You can get a refund on online courses if you request for refund within 14 days of purchase.
The course has not been 100% used or completed (less than 50% of the videos/lectures have been watched or attended).
The client has not completely accessed course materials.
Advice-giving or Guidance Services
If you ask for a refund for your coaching or counselling services with at least 48 hours’ notice, we will refund you.
If you have a package deal or booked multiple sessions, we will refund you for the sessions you didn’t attend, minus a small administrative fee of [Administrative Fee Amount].
1.4 Administrative Fees.
In specific situations, an administrative charge may be added to the transaction. The fee will be conveyed to you before refunding any amount.
2. Cancellation Policy.
Online Courses with Digital Products
When you access or download your online course or digital product, the service is considered rendered and you cannot get a refund unless specified otherwise.
Scheduled Services (e.g., consultations, live sessions).
For booked services such as consults or live sessions:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund or credit toward future services.
If cancellation takes place within 48 hours from the scheduled time, all fees are forfeited and no refunds will be given; however,> the lesson may be rescheduled at the discretion of the Instructor.
long-duration, repetitive, multi-session activities
You may cancel long term programs or packages with a notice of a minimum of 7 days before the next session. Any refunds will be prorated based upon services already rendered.
If your session in the package is scheduled for less than 7 days, there is no refund for cancellation.
How to ask for refund or Cancellation.
If you wish to cancel a service or ask for a refund follow the following steps:
Contact us, please mail us at [Your Contact Email]. You can mention “Refund request” or “Cancellation request” in the Subject.
Give as much detail as possible for your name, date of purchase, details of the service and the reason.
Our staff will take the time to address your request, and you will receive a response within 3–5 business days. The answer would be the confirmation or maybe additional questions.
Refunds will be initiated in 10-15 business days after approval, and your refund will be made to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Services.
The following services and fees cannot be refunded:
Administrative fee or any applicable service fee.
Courses or sessions used up to 50% but not more.
Accessing course materials for 14 days denies the right to a refund.
