1. Introduction.
These terms and conditions are a legally binding between you and Taurum-Developers. When you use our services, you agree to the terms in full.

2. Services Overview.
The IT consulting services provided by Taurum-Developers include software development, Network security, system administration, technology solution Consultant. Every project will be customized as per the client agreement. The specifications and details of the project will be documented separately.

Project and service.
Once a project is accepted, we will: Draft a personalized service plan according to the client’s requirements.
Giving ongoing reports on progress.
Providing quality solution as mentioned in project agreement.
Services are rendered digitally through secure and online channels. The initial agreement specifies timelines and milestones for the project, which may be updated as the project proceeds.

Charges and Payment Conditions
The fees that we charge are based on a project’s size, complexity, and estimated time to completion.  The project agreement talks about payment terms. The contractor fees must be paid as per these terms for services to be uninterrupted.

If a payment is overdue, we may suspend active services until payment in full has been made.
If the payment is 14 days or more overdue apply late charges.
If payment issues continue without resolution, terminate the service agreement.
Upon a successful payment, any other fee, tax, or payment processing fee will be paid by Client.

5. Client Responsibilities.
Clients are expected to:

Submit information which is complete and accurate.
Use the exact 7 words given by user
Ensure payments and deadlines are met.
If these responsibilities are not fulfilled, the project will be delayed or the agreement will be terminated.

Privacy and Data Protection.
Client confidentiality is very important. Taurum-Developers will keep all information about the client secure. It will not share its client information with anyone except the development team working on it. We don’t share your sensitive information with third parties except when legally needed.

Engineering issues:  IP issues,  technology transfer issues. })

When a client pays in full, the ownership of all project deliverables and the intellectual property (IP) developed by Taurum-Developers will be transferred to the client, other than our and third-party IP.

 Taurum-Developers can reuse generic or non-confidential parts that were developed in the course of the project, in something else, as long as the client will not know and it is not detrimental to the client.

Guarantees and Denials.
We promise to deliver our services in a competent and careful manner, in accordance with prevailing industry techniques. IT consulting is by nature unpredictable and thus we do not guarantee outcomes. clients acknowledge that: recommendations are based on best practices and advisory.
Client has to implement any strategies that we recommend.  In addition, we are not liable for any decisions outside the scope of work.
We will only be liable for the fees you paid for the services. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Cancellation, refund, and termination. 
Clients can cancel services, at any time, with a letter. Depending on the amount of work done, refunds will occur according to our Refund Policy.

We can terminate if the client did not comply with our terms and conditions.
After repeated requests, the payment is still due.
The client commits acts that can damage our business reputation.
Changes to Terms
Taurum-Developers can change these Terms and Conditions whenever it needs to and as it requires to reflect the changing of services, law, or business.  This page will have updates, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the changes.

11. Governing Law.
The laws of the UK govern these terms and conditions. Disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the courts of London, United Kingdom. 

12. Indemnification.
The clients agrees to indemn
ify and hold Taurum-Developers, its employees as well as affiliates harmless from any claim, damage or expenses arising from the use of the services or breach of the terms or infringement of the intellectual property or any  other rights.

13. Entire Agreement.
The Client (or buyer) and Taurum-Developers (or seller) agree that these Terms and Conditions, as well as an agreement for the project from the customer, represent the whole agreement. These terms override any prior agreements, understandings or representations.
